The CMDA is pleased to inform that the sale deed for the plots in I&SM at Sathangadu will be issued for those allottees who have remitted the plot cost in full, constructed the building after obtaining the planning permission from the local body concerned and doing business in the plot under reference by producing supporting evidences, except the area in which the plots comes under Zone – II, Corporation of Chennai at Manali.

Hence, the allottees who have complied with the above conditions may apply for Sale deed.
